Extension Springs
(wire sizes up to 4 mm (0.157"))

Extension springs offer resistance to a pulling force.

Ends hooked, looped, or special shapes. We are equipped with modern machines in which any type of end configurations can be produced automatically, without the need of secondary operations.

Our springs are typically found in oven and dishwasher doors, other home appliances, seat hardware in passenger cars, power tools, electrical relays, centrifugal clutches, brakes, gear pointers, mirrors, and medical instruments.

In the production of all spring types, we have positioned belted, stress-relieving ovens at each coiling machine so that springs are stress-relieved only seconds after coiling. This method allows for precise process control and offers excellent product uniformity.
